Who it is for

For a company, a school, a church, or a nonprofit where the same few people carry the week. You write down the hours doing the work, running the place, answering, scheduling, and fixing what went wrong. Ten minutes on one page, and you leave with the first thing a system could take off your hands.

Emails that land in your inbox on a normal day, and how many need a real reply from you (write both)

If you could hire a helper tomorrow, how many hours a week of work would you hand them?

Someone who asked and did not say yes. What has happened with them 30 days later?
